We are currently seeking dynamic and commitment-driven Customer Service Interns to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our reputation for excellent customer care by liaising effectively with customers, resolving complaints, queries and issues competently and expeditiously.
You will be expected to process orders, returns, provide product/services information, handle complaints in a calm, professional manner whilst ensuring each customer feels valued, satisfied, and appreciated. Additionally, you provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service processes and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
Prospective candidates must be at least in their penultimate year of study at a recognized institution, preferably in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or related disciplines. Fluent English and Portuguese language skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory due to the international nature of our clientele. Proficiency in other foreign languages will be a valuable addition.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, a high level of customer orientation, proficiency in handling customer complaints, and a flexible approach to work.
