Job Description

As an English Teaching Assistant, you will support our experienced teaching staff in delivering engaging English language lessons. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting lead teachers in planning and preparing teaching materials.
• Supporting lesson delivery through small group activities and individualized instruction.
• Facilitating language practice sessions, emphasizing speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Providing feedback and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.
• Helping to organize and participate in extracurricular activities, cultural events, and language workshops.
• Maintaining classroom order and ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Assisting in evaluating student progress and preparing reports for teachers.

Personal and Job Requirements

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A background in education, linguistics, or relevant fields is preferred.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring is an advantage.
