We are inviting enthusiastic, culinary-loving individuals to fill our internship position in Kitchen / Cook in our Lisbon, Portugal location.

Tasks Description:

As a Kitchen / Cook Intern, you’ll fully immerse yourself in our kitchen operations, adhering to our world-class standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in food preparation (cutting, peeling, chopping, and cooking).
• Ensuring all kitchen equipment is cleaned and properly maintained for optimal efficiency.
• Participating in menu planning discussions with Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
• Assisting in ensuring that inventory is well managed, and waste is minimized.
• Observing all relevant health and safety standards to ensure food safety.

Job and Personal Requirements:

You must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a culinary-focused degree program. Previous experience in a professional kitchen is a plus. Familiarity with basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment is required. You must possess excellent teamwork skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to high food quality and safety standards.
