Job Description

As a Kitchen/Cook Intern, you will assist our culinary team in the following tasks:

• Preparation of ingredients including cleaning, chopping, and marinating.
• Supporting chefs in the execution of menu items, ensuring high standards of presentation and taste.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
• Assisting with inventory management, including stocking and labeling ingredients.
• Learning about recipe development and contributing ideas for daily specials.
• Participating in the setup and breakdown of kitchen equipment for service.
• Following food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
