Job Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in delivering engaging lessons and curriculum support.
• Facilitate small group and one-on-one instruction to reinforce learning concepts.
• Support classroom management to create a positive learning environment.
• Help with the preparation of classroom activities, teaching materials, and resources.
• Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring early intervention where necessary.
• Encourage students' social and emotional development through active participation in daily interactions.
• Support students with special educational needs through tailored assistance.
• Assist in the organization and supervision of school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities.

Personal Requirements

• Passionate about education and committed to fostering a stimulating learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and staff.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of special education needs and inclusive practices is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English is required.
