Job Description

The Intern will work closely with our Events Planning team. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assisting the Event Planner in managing all phases of planning;
• Conceptualizing and developing ideas for creative event planning;
• Coordinating with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning;
• Assisting with the design of marketing materials;
• Flexibility to travel locally when necessary for event coordination;
• Tracking and reporting on event key performance areas and general market activities.

Personal and Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position must:

• Be currently enrolled in a degree program in Event Management or a related field.
• Possess exceptional organisational and multi-tasking abilities;
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English;
• Exhibit good team-working abilities, as well as the ability to work independently;
• Have proficient computer skills in MS Office programs and design software;
• Display an eagerness to excel within a demanding, creative, and prestigious environment.
