Internship Position: Sales Intern

Tasks Description

• Assist the sales team in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to exceed targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and analyze customer needs.
• Support lead generation efforts through various channels, including social media and email campaigns.
• Participate in client meetings, prepare presentations, and provide necessary sales documentation.
• Track sales metrics and prepare reports on sales activities and performance.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Portuguese and other languages is an advantage.
