Position: English Teaching Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in delivering lessons that focus on all aspects of language learning: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Support students in developing their English language skills through interactive activities, group work, and one-on-one tutoring.
• Help create and prepare teaching materials, including handouts, worksheets, and multimedia resources.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Participate in school events, workshops, and extracurricular activities to promote a vibrant learning community.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging student engagement and motivation.

Personal Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in education, particularly in teaching or tutoring, is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team of educators.
• Passion for language education and a commitment to student development.
• Flexibility and creativity in lesson planning and classroom management.
