Internship Vacancy: Event Management Intern

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Management Intern to join our team in Evora, Portugal. The selected candidate will be involved in various phases of event planning, from conception to execution, providing critical assistance to our team of skilled professionals.

Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:- Assisting in event planning, design, and production.- Conducting market research, gathering information and negotiating contracts.- Coordinating event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking.- Liaising with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process.- Managing and coordinating event volunteers.- Assisting with post-event reports and wrap-up tasks.

Job Requirements

Potential candidates should have:- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Business, or related field.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Detail-oriented personality with the ability to work under pressure.
