Position Overview

The Reception / Reservations Intern will support our front desk and reservations team, ensuring efficient daily operations and exceptional guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Support the team in maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of front desk operations and reservation systems is a plus.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
