Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service by answering inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Resolve service or product-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Educate customers on product features and services, ensuring they’re able to use them effectively.
• Work closely with the various teams to implement strategies to improve customer relations.
• Participate in professional development and training sessions.

Job Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• High proficiency in both English and Portuguese – written and oral.
• Problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship.
