Job Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in developing lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to meet the needs of students.
• Support classroom management by helping maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Tutor individual or small groups of students, reinforcing skills and concepts taught in the classroom.
• Facilitate student engagement through interactive activities and provide guidance on academic projects.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers on student performance and behavior.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing materials, grading assignments, and maintaining student records.
• Encourage positive student interactions and assist in resolving conflicts that may arise in the classroom.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Education or a related field; a Bachelor's degree is desirable.
• Experience in a teaching or tutoring role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children and young adults.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is an advantage.
