Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in managing reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues.
• Coordinate check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Support the front desk operations including managing room assignments and guest requests.
• Maintain and update reservation records and guest profiles in the system.
• Assist in coordinating special requests and arrangements for guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operational flow.
• Promote hotel services and amenities, encouraging guest engagement.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with hotel management software is a plus.
