The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the resolution of customer issues and queries promptly.
• Effectively communicating with customers via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our product portfolio to provide accurate information to customers.
• Actively collaborating with the customer service team to improve client satisfaction.
• Participating in customer service-related project work, under the supervision of a project manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Italian. Knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
