Job Description

As an Education/Teaching Assistant, you will support classroom teachers in planning and implementing learning experiences that help students achieve academic success. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining a safe, clean and productive class environment and encouraging students’ positive behavior.

Specific Job Tasks

• To assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
• To support students in their learning process, under the supervision of the teacher.
• To help maintain good order among students and to ensure health and safety at all times.
• To support the teacher in monitoring students' progress and to provide feedback as necessary.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for this Education / Teaching Assistant position should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field and some experience in an educational setting. Proficiency in Italian and English, both oral and written, is a must.

Personal Requirements

The candidate must have a passion for teaching and a caring attitude towards students. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work as part of a team are also important for this role. Finally, the candidate should be able to demonstrate creativity and initiative when dealing with challenges in the classroom.
