Job Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in preparing and delivering engaging English lessons, focusing on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Help in the development of lesson plans and classroom activities that cater to various skill levels.
• Provide individualized support to students during classroom sessions and language practice.
• Conduct conversation sessions to enhance students' confidence in speaking English.
• Organize extracurricular activities and cultural exchange events to enrich the learning experience.
• Assist in assessing students' progress through regular evaluations and feedback.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere that fosters language acquisition.

Job Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in English.
• A bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in teaching or tutoring is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Flexibility and adaptability to different teaching environments and diverse student needs.
• A passion for language education and cultural exchange.
• Basic proficiency in Italian is a plus but not mandatory.
