Internship Opportunity: Reception / Reservations Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing guest reservations, including taking, modifying, and canceling bookings.
• Support the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a warm and efficient welcome for all guests.
• Handle customer inquiries and address issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the front office team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of room rates, packages, and hotel services to promote effectively.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as managing emails, filing, and data entry.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with hotel management software is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
