Internship Responsibilities

• Assist with managing guest reservations, including data entry and confirmation processes.
• Act as the first point of contact for guests, providing timely and friendly assistance throughout their stay.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries, and providing information about the hotel’s services and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and room readiness.
• Support the front desk team in daily operations, including check-in/check-out procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and feedback for continuous service improvement.
• Assist in managing the hotel’s online presence through updating reservation systems and managing customer reviews.

Job and Personal Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and reservation software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• A friendly and positive attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service.
