Your role will be instrumental in assisting the HR department in coordinating various initiatives and supporting day-to-day operations.
- Assist in coordinating communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with employees.
- Helping to organize, coordinate, and schedule meetings.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, giving feedback to candidates, and conducting onboarding for newly hired employees.
- Updating and tracking employee records in our HR databases.
- Assisting in the preparation and update of company policies and procedures and ensuring they are in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or pursuing the same.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Italian.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Driven and ambitious with a strong work ethic.
- A positive, 'can do' attitude.
- Great at problem-solving and have excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
