Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively to provide high-quality customer service via emails, phone calls, and live chats.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Track customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
• Assist in creating performance reports and analyzing customer service data.

Job Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university for an undergraduate/graduate degree.
• Pursuing a degree in Business Management, Communications, Marketing, or comparable disciplines.
• Must have strong listening and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Fluency in English is required, knowledge in other languages is a plus.
• Must have a good understanding of MS Office applications.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Must have the right to work in Ireland.
