Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Customer Service Intern. This unprecedented opportunity will involve but not be limited to:

  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Dealing with customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or face-to-face.
  • Ensuring that all reasonable customer demands are met to the best of the company's abilities.
  • Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using effective pitches to existing and prospective customers.
  • Assisting in creating innovative strategies to retain customers, including planning loyalty programs and organizing customer satisfaction surveys.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate would have the following requisites:

  • Working towards a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Danish will be an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Possess clear and courteous telephone manners.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to diverse situations.
