Paid Business Development Internship in a cybersecurity startup in Romania

Our collaborator is a growing cybersecurity startup offering AI and SOC services to businesses across Europe. Focused on innovation and compliance, they aim to support SMEs and mid-market companies with tailored cybersecurity solutions.
Generate leads and run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and events
Book meetings and support the founder in demos and technical discussions
Conduct discovery calls with CEOs, CTOs, and Heads of Compliance
Pitch AI services, SOC services, and Time & Material pilot programs
Coordinate demos with the founder or technical team
Build and maintain a sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
Negotiate contracts and close small-to-mid-size deals
Report weekly on KPIs and pipeline progress
Professional English communication skills (written and spoken)
Studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
Interest in sales, business development, AI, and technology
Comfortable with cold outreach campaigns and using LinkedIn, email, and online research tools
Strong communication skills with technical and C-level stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset: self-driven, result-oriented, and organized
Familiarity with SOC, cybersecurity, or DORA/NIS2 is a plus (training provided)
Team player and able to work with remote teams
€500/month base compensation plus commissions
