Our collaborator is a global customer experience agency dedicated to enhancing the standards of the most prestigious luxury brands across the world. With a presence in over 70 countries, they specialize in providing insights and evaluations that support premium and luxury client strategies.

Tarefas

• Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand experiences in-store, online, or both

• Provide objective and structured feedback after each assignment

• Choose and apply for assignments aligned with your interests and profile

• Complete post-evaluation questionnaires

• Follow all specific project requirements and guidelines provided for each mission

Requisitos

• Must be 18 years or older

• Advanced Dutch

• Existing client of premium and luxury brands

• Not currently employed or contracted by retail or luxury brands

• Punctual, organized, and reliable

• Detail-oriented and passionate about customer experience

• No previous experience required – honest feedback from real customers is valued
