Paid Remote Sales position in an online travel agency (Croatian Speakers)

Our collaborator is a fast-growing online travel agency specialized in offering unforgettable cruise experiences. They connect travelers with the world’s top cruise lines, ships, and itineraries. With a focus on excellent customer service and high-performing sales, they are looking for passionate individuals eager to grow in the travel industry.

Tareas

• Manage inbound leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and returning customers

• Follow up with hot leads

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right cruise

• Handle objections and close the sale

• Update and maintain accurate CRM data

 

• Stay up to date on ships, itineraries, and special offers

Requisitos

• Native Croatian speaker

• Fluent Italian (English preferred)

• Proven sales experience (preferably in tourism, luxury, hospitality, or call centers)

• Excellent phone and online communication skills

• Used to meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Passion for travel (cruise industry knowledge is a plus)

 

• Knowledge of CRM and booking systems (training provided)
