Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operations across various departments, including front of house, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
  • Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest inquiries promptly.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, including promoting local attractions and services to enhance guest experiences.
  • Help coordinate events and activities to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, reservations, and feedback to contribute to departmental reports.
  • Engage in training sessions to develop industry knowledge and enhance professional skills.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently, displaying initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with hotel management software is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Personal Requirements

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage but not essential.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality and tourism sector.
