Roles & Responsibilities

The successful intern will be expected to work collaboratively with our dedicated team and contribute to:

• Assisting with research and development of new food and beverage products
• Contributing to the planning and execution of various culinary projects
• Collaborating with our culinary team to develop unique menu items
• Gaining a comprehensive understanding of technical and commercial aspects of developing new products
• Supporting the team in maintaining food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards in compliance with company policy

Job Requirements

Applicants should preferably:

• Be current undergraduates or postgraduates pursuing a degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field
• Possess a strong passion for the food and beverage industry
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Be highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
