Job Description

The intern will assist highly experienced wedding planners in organizing and coordinating different aspects of wedding events. Duties include:

• Supporting senior planners in preliminary meetings with clients, understanding their requirements and expectations.
• Assisting in communication and negotiation processes with vendors on pricing, services, contracts, and invoices.
• Helping with the creative process of event design and theme development.
• Contributing to the development of event timelines and floor plans.
• Helping oversee wedding set-up, troubleshooting, and coordinating event-day logistics.
• Participating in post-event evaluation and feedback sessions.

Qualifications and Personal Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Possess superb organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Be detail-oriented, creative, and capable of problem-solving.
• Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
