Internship Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Hospitality/Tourism Intern to join our dynamic team. This industry placement opportunity will offer the successful candidate an immersive learning experience within our diverse, multicultural company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day hotel operations and guest services, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the team to promote and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Support in the organization and execution of various events and promotional activities.
  • Partake in tourism growth initiatives by associating with local tourism boards and agencies.

Job Requirements

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality, Tourism or related field.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal skills; any additional languages will be a plus.
  • Willingness to learn with a proactive approach and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail.

  • A professional and friendly presentation with a passion for providing superior customer service.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
