Internship Position: Industrial Engineering Intern

As an Industrial Engineering Intern, you will be responsible for supporting ongoing projects aimed at process optimization and supply chain management. Your tasks will include:

• Conducting data analysis to identify inefficiencies in existing processes.
• Assisting in the development of process improvement strategies and recommendations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement lean methodologies.
• Participating in project meetings and documenting findings and progress.
• Supporting the design and execution of simulations to assess workflow improvements.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, R, or similar).
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
