Position: Translation Intern

Role Description:

The Translation Internship is an exclusive opportunity to transform your passion for languages into providing translation and interpretation services in a fast-paced, international business environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate and proofread written and digital materials across different languages.
  • Collaborate with teams to comprehend the context of translation requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining glossaries, style guides, and translation memories.
  • Ensure linguistic quality in translations for a variety of sectors.
  • Support communication between international project teams.
  • Demonstrate cultural awareness for language nuances.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field (in progress or completed).
  • Excellent English proficiency, along with fluency in one or more foreign languages.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CAT tools and other translation software.

Personal requirements:

  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work setting.
  • Strong intercultural competence.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
