Job Description

The Human Resources Intern role will be an outstanding learning opportunity involving a variety of HR functions:

• Candidates management: Assist in the recruitment process, participating in interviews and contributing to the selection of top-tier talent.
• Employee relations: Support the HR department in facilitating healthy employee relations by responding to employee inquiries and resolving any HR-related issues.
• Compliance: Ensure that all HR activities are in compliance with Swedish law and company regulations. Participate in the development of company policies and procedures.
• HR Projects: Participate in special projects related to HR metrics, performance evaluation, and more.

Job Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess:

• Undergraduate or Master's degree focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Proficiency in English and Swedish.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and commitment to a strong work ethic
• High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Capable of working autonomously as well as within a team framework
