Responsibilities

As an HR intern, you will:

  • Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent.
  • Ensure company culture and values are embedded into our HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities.
  • Support in HR administrative tasks like personnel file management, HR reports, and compliance documents.
  • Aid in onboarding new hires and smooth post-recruitment transition.

Basic Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Have effective communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Possess a keen sense of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Possess strong presentation skills and ability to work in dynamic situations.
  • Have knowledge of MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates who:

  • Have prior experience in an HR role or intern position.
  • Have a good understanding of Spanish Labour Law.
  • Are detail oriented, with an analytical and proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Are certified in HR related courses.
