Job Vacancy: English Teaching Assistant (Zaragoza, Spain)

We are an established language school in the heart of Zaragoza, Spain, with a commitment to providing high-quality language learning experiences to students of all age groups and professional backgrounds. To strengthen our team, we're currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teaching Assistant.

Responsibilities

- Assisting the lead English teacher in planning and implementing lesson plans
- Facilitating interactive communication sessions to enhance students' speaking abilities
- Supporting students with their coursework and providing additional explanations as needed
- Helping manage classroom behavior to maintain an effective learning environment
- Collaborating with colleagues on professional development activities and curriculum design

Job Requirements

- A Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in English, TEFL, or TESOL is required
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role in an educational environment
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Spanish is an asset but not a requirement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exemplary organizational skills and team spirit
