Human Resources Internship in Valencia, Spain

Job Description

As a Human Resources intern, you will work closely with the HR team and critical stakeholders. You will gain practical experience by performing a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

  • Supporting the recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and new hire orientation.
  • Assisting in employee engagement programs and events.
  • Participating in HR projects related to talent management, career development, and employer branding.
  • Conducting research on HR best practices and latest trends, and assisting in implementing them.
  • Solving employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Personal and Job Requirements

To qualify for this role:

  • You must currently be studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for this role.
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactiveness, results-driven mindset, and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
