Position Overview

As an intern, you will assist our Food and Beverage team in various key tasks aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the menu development process by researching food trends and customer preferences.
• Participating in food and beverage tastings and providing feedback on product quality.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of promotional events and special offers.
• Conducting inventory checks and assisting in supply chain management.
• Gaining exposure to customer service operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling inquiries.
• Collaborating with various departments to improve processes and enhance productivity.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this internship, candidates should possess the following:

• A degree or current enrollment in a Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Business Management program.
• Strong passion for food and beverage with a creative mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices.
