Job Vacancy: Education / Teaching Assistant

Tasks Description:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering educational materials and lessons.
• Support students with their learning needs, providing one-on-one or small group assistance.

• Prepare classroom resources and materials, including worksheets and educational aids.
• Help in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring additional support.
• Assist with administrative duties, such as grading assignments and maintaining student records.
• Encourage student participation and engagement during lessons.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities and school events.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Patience and enthusiasm for teaching and supporting students.

Personal Requirements:

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a significant advantage.
• Flexible and adaptable to different learning environments.
