Our collaborator is a high growth technology startup company based in Seville. They are focusing on offering technological solutions in the field of tourism. They are currently looking for a proactive person, eager to learn and interested in Startups and technology to join their team. 

Job Description:
Our collaborator knows that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That's why they are seeking a sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from its product. 

As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Represent its company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how their solutions meet needs.
  • Contact outbound leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Utilize HubSpot (CRM), cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Set up video-calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services or improvements.
  • Report to sales manager with weekly and monthly performance results (quantity of cold callings and scheduled video-calls).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, International Relations, Public Relations, Marketing, or similar.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Being comfortable with cold callings.
  • Italian as native standard and fluent English are mandatory.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
  • Minimum 6 months.
  • Able to provide training agreement. 

Internship hours: 35 per week.
Location: Seville, Spain.
Remuneration: 500 euros per month.
Possibility of being hired after the internship.
