Based in Spain, our collaborator provides riders with cutting-edge devices and apps to enhance safety, security, and performance. Their products offer real-time location tracking, route optimization, and anti-theft alerts, ensuring peace of mind for customers worldwide. With a strong focus on user experience and advanced technology, our collaborator is transforming the way motorcycle enthusiasts interact with their vehicles, making every ride safer and smarter.
Tareas
- Customer service: Resolution of queries and assistance to the customers in a close and professional manner, both B2C and B2B customers.
- Technical support: Help in the management of incidents related to the device, ensuring a smooth experience for users.
- Support for the expansion in France: Collaborate in tasks related to the growth strategy in the French market, translations, understanding of the culture...
Requisitos
- French at a native standard
- Spanish fluent (at least B2 level)
- Communication skills and customer orientation.
- Technical knowledge related to electronic devices or technological systems will be a plus
Condiciones
- 350€ gross/month
- Working trip to France (Lyon) the last week of January. It is key that you agree with this need because it is essential for the launch of the product in France.
Availability and hours
- Depends on the agreement, normally 25-30 hours per week. If it is part time, it will be morning hours. They can be flexible if necessary.
