Our collaborator is a dynamic company specializing in procurement management for the hospitality sector, focusing on furniture and equipment for hotels. They serve both British and Spanish clients, ensuring top-quality service and efficient project execution in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Tareas

  • Requesting price quotes from suppliers

  • Preparing offer comparisons and quantifications

  • Issuing purchase orders

 

  • Managing invoices and handling accounting tasks

Requisitos

  • Background in Architecture, Interior Design, or any Business-related field with knowledge of required software

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe

  • Knowledge of CAD is a plus

  • Spanish and English (B2 conversational level)

  • Methodical, good communicator, proactive and eager to learn

 

  • Availability to start remotely and continue on-site

Condiciones

  • Financial compensation of 300 EUR/month

  • Hands-on experience in procurement for the hospitality industry

  • Opportunity to work in an international environment

Availability and hours:
Immediate start preferred. Full-time internship with initial remote option, followed by on-site presence.
