Job Description

We are currently looking to employ a dedicated Education / Teaching Assistant. Responsibilities will include:

- Supporting students academically, socially and emotionally in a whole-class setting, small groups, and one-on-one sessions.
- Collaborating with teachers and other education staff to create and implement instructional plans suitable for the students' needs.
- Facilitating interactive and digital learning.
- Assisting teachers in managing classroom behavior and creating a positive and inclusive environment.
- Participating actively in facility meetings and professional development sessions.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate must fulfill the following qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related area.
- Experience in an educational setting is preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
- Strong ability to connect with a diverse student population.
- Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in academic technology.
