Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure all logistical elements are in place.
• Support the marketing team in promoting events through social media and online platforms.
• Help with on-site event management, including setup, registration, and guest assistance.
• Conduct research and compile data to support event proposals and planning.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for event enhancements.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing).
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design software is preferred.

Personal Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Spanish and other languages is advantageous.
