Internship Opportunity in Human Resources, Based in Palma de Mallorca

We are seeking a dynamic, high energy intern to join our Human Resources department. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop proficiencies in Human Resources functions while working in a vibrant, multicultural environment in the heart of Palma de Mallorca.

Tasks Include:

- Supporting the HR department in administrative tasks such as data tracking, reporting and filing
- Assisting in recruitment initiatives, from job posting to interviewing
- Contributing to the planning and organization of company events and training
- Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies
- Assisting in the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee data

Qualifications:

- Current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
