Job Description
We are looking for a motivated English Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic and committed team. This role involves supporting our lead English teachers in planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and creating an engaging learning environment.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of English lessons in line with the school's curriculum
- Support in classroom management and behavior control
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students needing extra help
- Assist in grading assignments and maintaining student records
- Contribute to the development of teaching materials and resources
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities
Job Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field
- TESOL/TEFL certification is required
- Experience in teaching English as a second language (ESL) would be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work collaboratively within a team of teachers
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure
