Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of FAQs and customer service documentation.
  • Engage in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on ways to improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with customer service software is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
