Job Description & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting our teaching staff in delivering structured and high-quality instruction, and facilitating a high-level learning experience for our students. Tasks include:

• Assisting the teacher in planning and executing lessons in line with the required curriculum
• Serving as a link between the school staff, students, and their parents
• Providing support to students during social and educational activities
• Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes student participation
• Under supervision, proctoring assessments and collaboratively marking and providing feedback

Job Requirements

The prospective candidate must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education or a related field
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages
• Proven experience working in an educational setting (preferably as a teaching or education assistant)
• Sound knowledge of child development theory and educational best practices
• First aid and child protection certification, or the willingness to acquire these
