Sales/Logistics internship in Marbella, Spain

Our collaborator a rapidly growing energy drink brand that reaches over 45 countries all over the globe and sponsors the world’s top athletes. The company is looking for interns to join its international and hard-working team in their offices in Marbella, Spain.     Tasks

Update internal databases.
Arrange shipment of samples and generic product information for potential business leads.
Working with the IT department in order to help with the implementation of the ERP system.
Shipments handling: track order status and prepare and send export documents making sure that they are ready on time for our customers.
Help the International Sales team to keep all customer records updated (conditions of sales, contracts, etc).
Support with orders handling: Creating the orders in SAGE and updating the status once is loaded until its delivery. 
Request Stock & Inventory to Distributors.
Provide data & reports to help the sales team.   Requirements
- Senior Students only - English at a native level; Spanish is a clear plus  - Studies related to administration or sales
- Start date: end May/latest beginning of June 2020.
- Minimum 6 months

Benefits

- 350€/month. Daily lunch buffet is provided by the company
- There is a real possibility of employment after the internship.
