Tareas
They are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment/Marketing Intern to join their team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both recruitment and marketing functions within a fast-paced and evolving environment. The selected candidate will work closely with the HR and Marketing teams to support various recruitment initiatives while also contributing to marketing campaigns aimed at attracting top talent. Main duties include:
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various roles through online platforms, job boards, and social media channels.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific positions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials across multiple channels.
- Support the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to attract prospective candidates.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns, targeted at potential applicants.
- Analyze recruitment and marketing data to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining candidate databases and assisting with various HR and marketing projects.
Requisitos
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment, marketing, or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic work setting.
- Availability for 3, 6, or 9 months.
