Our partner is a renowned consultancy firm situated in the heart of Madrid, specializing in providing comprehensive consulting services related to tax and labor regulations. They excel in navigating the intricate landscape of Spanish labor regulations, primarily serving international corporations. At present, they are actively looking for a Payroll & Labour Consulting Intern to join our Madrid office. This internship is linked to a newly signed, rapidly growing client and offers a unique opportunity to actively participate in the setup and ongoing development of payroll and labour processes as the client expands.

The candidate will support the team in the day-to-day labour and payroll administration tasks and will gain first-hand exposure to how employee administration evolves as a company scales.

Tareas

• Assisting with employee registrations and onboarding processes
• Assistance with obtaining social security numbers for employees
• Supporting communications with Spanish Social Security authorities
• Creating and maintaining employee files in the payroll software
• Assisting with labour and payroll-related administrative tasks
• Supporting consultants in client-related projects
• Helping ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation

Requisitos

• Final-year student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Interest in payroll, labour relations, and consulting
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Comfortable working in a professional, client-facing environment
• English language skills: required
• Spanish language skills: preferred
• Basic knowledge of Excel

Condiciones

• Paid, part-time internship for 20h/week with flexible duration from our offices located in Madrid.
• Hands-on experience in payroll and labour consulting

Availability and hours

Start date: January 2026.

Minimum duration: 6 months.

Offering both part-time (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM) and full-time (9:00 AM to 6:30 PM) options.
