Job Description

Your role as a management intern will mainly revolve around assisting the management team on projects associated with business development, process improvement, and strategy formulation. More specifically, your duties will include:

• Supporting project managers on large-scale projects and initiatives.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of business strategies
• Compiling, analyzing, and presenting business reports and data.
• Assisting in product design and development stages.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing ideas.

Job Requirements

While no specific experience is required, the following are considered an asset:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field. Final year students are also welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and good command of English and Spanish.
• Able to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• The ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months for the internship.
