Job Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and preparing educational materials.

• Monitor and observe student behavior, reporting any issues to teaching staff.
• Facilitate small group and one-on-one instruction tailored to individual student needs.
• Encourage student engagement and participation in classroom activities.
• Assist with classroom management, ensuring a productive learning atmosphere.
• Help in organizing school events, outings, and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all students.

Job Requirements

• Relevant qualification in education or related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children or in a school setting is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic educational setting.
• Basic knowledge of Spanish is desirable but not essential.
